The Healing Lounge is a free weekly virtual gathering for anyone ready to do real, honest healing work in community.
Every Sunday, we explore a different topic—from navigating relationships and releasing anxiety to setting boundaries, trusting the process, and cultivating presence. Each session includes guided breathwork, meditation, and reflective journaling designed around the theme of the week and what our community is moving through together.
This isn't a performance space. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to show up perfectly.
